- A corrugated fiberboard or "combined board" has two main components: the liner and the medium. Both are made of a special kind of heavy paper called containerboard. Linerboard is the flat material, typically on the outer surfaces of the board but also on the inside for some structures, that adheres to the medium. Medium is the paper that is formed into arches or flutes on the single facer and glued between the linerboard facings.
- Architects have known for thousands of years that an arch with the proper curve is the strongest way to span a given space. The inventors of corrugated fiberboard applied this same principle to paper when they put arches in the corrugated medium. These arches are known as flutes and, when anchored to the linerboard with an adhesive, they resist bending and pressure from all directions.
- E flute is a successful flute profile for corrugated boards, and it has about 90 flutes per foot and 1/16” in thickness.
- Corrugation Machine
- We have a one 52’’ Single Face Vertical Type Corrugation Machine with a twin shaft motorized reel stand. It has a greater production capacity than an Oblique Type Corrugation Machine.
- The approximate output of the machine is 80 RFT per minute.
- Sheeting machines
- Our sheeting machines are used for rolling out uniform cardboard sheets such that a variety of cross-section profiles can be produced, but each profile requires a carefully crafted set of roll tools.
- Pasting Machine
- Our Pasting machines are highly suitable for gluing the fluted side of the liner or board for marking 3, 5, 7, 9 & 11 ply cardboard sheets. The machine is fitted with our feeding table, a delivery stick, paste and a holding tray.
- Rotary Slotter
- We have four rotary slotters that are designed to replace indian eccentric slotting machine. This machine consists of two units, chain feeding & slotter-slitter cum creasing units. This machine is used for slotting & flap cutting of corrugated board with manual easy phase adjustment, able to slit score, flap cut in one pass. Board is fed with chain drive. Hole making equipment can be provided, hand holds etc. at extra cost.
- Stitching Machine
- Our Box Stitching Machine is used to give our cartons their final, perfect shape. The machine can be rotated for angular as well as straight models and is used for its robust construction and easy operation.
- The pulley of the machine runs at the speed of 350 rpm so we can stitch a maximum of 350 pins per minute.
- This Machine is meant to stitch the corrugated boxes

- The machine is fitted with a thickness setter to adjust the gap depending on the board thickness

- Rotary Machine
- Our Rotary roller Die-cutting machine is suitable to die-cut all kinds of corrugated cardboards and various different packages. This machine’s features include high efficiency, energy saving and safety.
- Slotting Machine
- Our Slotting machine is designed to suit all of our client’s expectations. Our professionals have tested this machine on different parameters so as to ensure it is flawless and to make it highly valuable for all of our industrial applications.
- We feed the machine from behind, using a vacuum tube to absorb, with electrical delivering and pneumatic locking. It has high-speed position adjustment with pneumatic strain. Hexagonal rods are used in the slotting dock to adjust the height of the cardboard. Print, corner cut, slot, crease and edges cut are completed at one time.

- Punching Machine (die- cutting machine)
- Our Punching machine is suitable for various types of papers and corrugated boards.
- Paperboard Hand Cutting Machine
- Our Paperboard hand cutting machine allows us to perform heavy duty manual board cutting operations suitable for cutting paper, corrugated liners & boards. The machine is fitted with front and back guides for measurement and the blade is perfectly balanced for smooth cutting.
- Pallet Trucks
- Our Pallet trucks help us carry our Cardboards and heavy loads with relative ease of handling.
- Stacker
- Our Stacker is used for transporting paper and cardboard by means of a conveyor belt. We have also installed a speed transportation controlled box.
- Collecting sheet is operated by foot pedal to control the transversal roller conveyor. It could be moved back and forth according to the size of cardboard.
- Although this machine is operated manually, it also has visual inspection to eliminate defective cardboard, ensuring a low failure rate.
